Body Cam Requests, Streetlight Fixes Highlight Busy Dodgeville Council Meeting

In Chief Brandon Wilhelm’s Police Report, he said his department is being bogged down with Open Records Requests with redacting body camera footage.  He said municipalities throughout the state are also having problems with Open Record Requests for body camera footage.  Wilhelm said his department deals with four to five per day and that they take a lot of time.  People have been requesting footage and posting it on YouTube....
