Kotte, Michael Leroy

Michael Leroy Kotte passed away on June 25, 2023, in Bremerton, Washington, at the age of 71. Born July 29, 1951, in Dodgeville, Wisconsin to Laverne and Betty Lou Kotte (Kite). He graduated from Highland High School in Highland, Wisconsin after which he volunteered his services to the US Army, joining others in the Vietnam War. After serving his country, he met and married his love, Wanda L. Kotte and they had two children, Jessica Klein (Kotte) and Chad Kotte. 

Michael is survived by his mother Betty, daughter Jessica (Tonya), bonus kids Amare and Dakota Beuch, grandchildren Adyson, Colton and Derek, bonus grands Courtney, Brandi and Giovanna, bonus great grands Zendaya and Anthony, sister Mary (Bev Dorn), brothers Robert (Debra), Kenneth (Sandy), Randy (Sue) and Charles, sister-in-law Nora Bevins (Dennis Kotte), uncle Wayne, aunts Carolyn, Charlotte, Maxine, Nancy and Helen, as well as one of his favorite riding buddies, nephew Robert Kotte, Jr. and many more that loved and adored him.  He is preceded in death by his wife Wanda (Harrell), son Chad Michael, father Laverne, brothers Dennis and Doug, sister-in-law Sandy (Kenneth), niece Wendy (Christopher), close friends Mary Ann and Jim Weaver, as well as grandparents, several uncles and aunts and close friends. 

Memorial services will be held in Highland, Wisconsin with further information to come.  Please reach out to his mother, sister and/or daughter for details.
