Head to Harris Park on
Sunday for interesting finds
The second Dodgeville Lions Antique Show and Flea Market of 2017 will commence on Sunday, August 27, so make plans for a fun filled outing.
The Harris Park Ley Memorial Pavilion is the site of this great show and it promises to be great, as always. Fantastic items are always found, being brought in by 50 or more dealers who set up at this show. Past shows had shoppers finding great items such as classic metal advertising signs, vintage toys, carousel animals, old wodden trunks, fancy glassware and more.
Whether you are a serious antique shopper or an avid collector, chances are you will find something you will want to have.
The dealers who set up love this show and their enthusiasm shows. They are a wealth of knowledge about most of their products and may have a delightful bit of information about other items.
The show runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Come early and stay late to allow for a relaxing day of shopping. A great food stand is on site and includes fresh baked homemade pies made by members of the Dodgeville Lioness Club.
A $3.00 admission fee is charged for the event, with proceeds going toward Lions Club projects in Dodgeville.
