Four options were presented as change orders, which provided several options for door placement, lavatories and paper dispensers along with urinals and toilets. The change orders were for the boys bathroom.
The board viewed the proposals the after discussion favored Option 4 with three urinals.
"The board favors Option 4 and are asking for final costs," board president Renee Linscheid said.
They then set a special meeting for the following evening, where they will review the costs and hopefully make their final decision.
The board also learned there are findings during the construction that may need attention for structural purposes. As the limestone areas are opened up, further exploration will take place.
The board received signed contracts from Jennifer Rogstad, Rebecca Vacha and Katie Wanie to teach summer school and extra curricular signed contracts from Jason Schulting to be an assistant girls basketball coach and Kyle Trevorrow to be an assistant boys basketball coach.
The board reviewed the Coaches Handbook and approved it with a minor change. Head coaches will be in charge of contacting the transportation service and set up bus times for their events.
The board also reviewed the Athletic Handbook and approved it as presented.....
